I taught Typography, Interaction Design, and all levels of graphic design at Trinity Christian College for six years—many of my students going on to find success in Master's, and world-renowned agencies. Earlier still, I designed briefs at the University of Illinois at Chicago's Center for Innovation for clients like BMW and Caterpillar.

I'm an innovative, award-winning, and cited designer with 10 years of design experience—5 of those leading other designers to the highest levels.

Brand systems are my heartbeat—especially finding creative liberties within strategic brand constraints (I do love John Cage, Alison Knowles, and Yoko Ono.)

I'm an eternal optimist, even under the eye of critique. After all, it's all an attempt to get better at what we're trying to accomplish.

I've been on teams and managed teams—it's been a part of my competitive dna my whole life.

Boise is my hometown, but I've managed and worked on remote teams since 2020 (thanks, Covid, for the experience!)—all aspects are things I'm excited to grapple with as a growing, learning steward of visual media.
